Putting your poperty up for sale is not always as easy as it looks. Be it in Toronto, Vaughan, Oakville or Mississauga same rules apply. People often have a misconception that if you list it, your property will sell. As you can imagine its not always a case. Did you know that  5% of all MLS listings will expire? It is very frustraing experience not to have your house not sold on time.

Why your house did not sell ?

There are 3 main reasons why some properties do not sell when they are originally listed:

1. A bad marketing plan: Did your previous agent use Google per-pay-click, contextual advertising, newspaper, magazines, etc.?
2. Condition: Did you have your condo properly staged to sell it?
3. Price: Was your condo listed at a price that is in line with its current market value?

If your previous agent did not effectively utilize these strategies, then they failed to properly market your property.
