I fully agree that commission is important, but you must also figure out what else your realtor will do in order to sell your home. In this market it will make or break a deal.
Having a sound marketing plan will certainly play a significant role in exposing your property to potential clients. I admit that Realtor.ca former MLS.ca is a great tool, but it simply isn’t enough push for some properties.
